Truesite opened its doors on April 25, 2024, founded by lifelong builder Ryan Lee after 30+ years leading projects with the Lee family’s own Lee Brothers Construction. From framing custom homes to setting trusses on barns, the Lees know that solid craftsmanship—and straight talk never go out of style.

To serve Lone Star customers with premium sheds, Truesite partnered with Pine View Buildings, a family-owned manufacturer headquartered on a 30-acre campus at 933 Tomlin Mill Rd., Statesville NC. Since 2013, Pine View has produced tens of thousands structures and supports 60+ dealer lots across the Southeast, delivering finished buildings on its own truck fleet for precise, turnkey placement.

Today, Ryan oversees a new Texas assembly warehouse operated on Pine View’s behalf. That means the most-requested floor plans are staged, finished, and delivered by Texans—reducing lead times and creating local jobs (ask us for a shop tour!).

Pine View specs J-grade studs, LP SmartSide® siding with a 50-year material warranty, and 4×6 pressure-treated notched runners with lifetime protection against decay and termites as standard—not upgrades. The notched runner system creates significantly more structural strength during transport, as floor joists sit in precisely cut 1½-inch deep notches that lock the floor system together and prevent movement when loading, unloading, and moving buildings. Performance Series buildings feature LP TechShield® radiant barrier roof sheathing with a 20-year warranty that blocks up to 97% of radiant heat and can lower interior temperatures by up to 30°F.

Every Signature, Premier, Performance, and Value-series building carries Pine View’s 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty. If something isn’t right, submit an online claim; a Pine View representative responds within 2–5 business days.
