What kind of warranty comes with my shed?
Every Pine View building includes a 5-Year “Craftsmanship Warranty. If something isn’t right, simply fill out the online warranty form and a Pine View rep will contact you within 2-5 business days
How soon will my shed be delivered?
Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of purchase, and delivery is included within 40 miles of your nearest dealer location.
Lead times may vary by season, location, and building complexity, so we'll provide you with a specific timeframe when you place your order. Delivery can take around 8 weeks for custom orders.
If you're ordering a custom building then delivery will be around 8 weeks.
Do I need a building permit?
In many areas you won’t need a permit for a pre-built shed, but Pine View recommends confirming with your city or county building department to be sure.
What site prep or foundation is required?
No major site prep is required. Our drivers will level your building with blocks on any reasonably flat surface.
However, Pine View recommends preparing a level, packed gravel pad done before delivery as the best and most economical foundation option since it prevents ground shifting, improves drainage, and maximizes your building's life.
Whether you choose a gravel pad, concrete foundation, or our standard block leveling, our experienced delivery team handles all setup and positioning at no extra charge.
How does Rent-to-Own work?
